Had a great time. The food was excellent. The people were very friendly and welcoming. Played many Hindi music. Good place to explore Indian food in NOLA. The Masala Dosa was awesome. Also, we tried the lamb biriani, tandoori, nun and painr something. Each item was very tasty. Spice level was balanced.

I’m SO EXCITED that my favorite Indian restaurant opened a location uptown!!! I’ve been to the original location many times, and I can confirm that this location is just as great. I came with a group of 5 at 8pm and we were seated immediately. All of the food was absolutely delicious, as usual. Our server, a nice young man, was very professional and attentive. I tried the rose lassi and the coconut shrimp curry for the first time, and both of these were very good. I will definitely return to Aroma!!

Just had an amazing dinner experience. Cute and well lit place with low and catchy music and absolutely superb service. The food came out quicker than I could get the salad down. Zero complaints and I’ll definitely be back and may start ordering the garlic naan for rations during the week! 10/10
